PCC It’s Time To Elect our union Bargaining Team!

As we are preparing for upcoming contract negotiations with PCC, it’s time to elect our Bargaining Team!

The team will represent all PCC union members at the bargaining table — ensuring that our priorities, concerns, and needs are heard at the table.

Over the past few weeks, PCC workers have completed bargaining surveys and submitted nominees for the Bargaining Team. Now it’s time to vote on those nominees!

Each PCC location will vote on the nominees from their store to choose one member to represent their store on the Bargaining Team, for total of sixteen Bargaining Team members. Each store will have one representative on the team.

To make sure this election is fair and transparent, here’s how the in-person voting process will work:

Nominee Selection

  • Nominees were selected through the member survey that closed the week of October 10.

  • If there is only one nomination for a store, no vote will take place at that location —the nominee will be elected by acclamation.

  • Union Reps will contact each nominee to confirm whether they accept their nomination.

  • Only those who accept will be placed on the ballot.

  • No write-in candidates will be permitted.

Voting Eligibility

  • Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.

  • Members must vote at their assigned store location.

  • If a member has transferred stores and is not listed as eligible, eligibility will be verified using the store schedule.

Voting will take place at each store between 8am—12pm and 3pm—7pm (Except where otherwise noted.)
