After several months of bargaining we have reached a tentative agreement for a new contract. Our Union Bargaining Team recommends a YES vote!

Highlights of the agreement include:

Wages:

  • 5% after ratification

  • PLUS additional market increases for many positions

  • 1.5% July 2025

  • 1.5% January 2026

  • 1.5% July 2026

  • 1.5% January 2027

Ratification Bonus:

  • $1,400 (prorated for less than .9 FTE)

  • $500 additional for employees at the top of the wage scale (pro-rated for less than .9 FTE)

  • $200 Per Diem employees.

Premiums and Differentials:

  • 12% Premium in Lieu of Benefits

  • $2.00 Evening/ $3.00 Night Shift Differential

  • $2.50 Weekend Premium Pay

  • $1.25 Preceptor Pay

  • $4.25/$5.25 Standby Professional and Technical

  • $3.50/$4.50 Standby All Others
