Great News! We have reached a tentative agreement for a new contract with Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital!

This agreement is fully recommended by the Bargaining Team and includes:

  • Minimum 3% Wage Increase year 1

  • Wage Increase up to 3.75% per year for years 2 and 3 of the agreement

  • Maintenance of Health Benefits and Retirement for Full-time Employees

  • 10% in lieu of benefits for Per Diems

  • Education Fund

  • Labor Management Committee

  • Just Cause & Grievance Language

  • Many Additional Provisions!

Contract Vote Scheduled: Tuesday, February 10 between 11am-7pm

At Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital in the Orchid Room: 12911 Beverly Park Road, Lynnwood WA 98087

A complete collective bargaining agreement document will be available at the vote meeting.
