Seattle Children’s Respiratory Therapists Career Ladder Update

Yesterday we held a vote on the Memorandum of Understanding surrounding the Respiratory Therapist Career Ladder and it was voted down. We are currently reaching out to the Employer to figure out next steps and will update everyone as soon as possible.
