Mason General Hospital RN Contract Ratified!

Following our union contract vote meetings on Monday, June 15, we are proud to announce that our new successor Collective Bargaining Agreement was overwhelmingly ratified!
WHATS NEXT?
Mason General and our union will work to finalize the new contract and prepare it for final signatures and distribution throughout the hospital.
The terms of our new contract, including our market-leading wages- go into effect on the 2nd full pay period from yesterday (June 15).
IN THE MEANTIME:
Our Bargaining Team have printed copies of our new “redline” agreement (vote document of the full contract with all changes listed in red text).
Vote documents have also been added to our union’s website for review until the final copy is ready:
