Children’s Therapy Center Tentative Agreement Reached!

We finally got to a tentative agreement on our first union collective bargaining agreement! After almost a year of bargaining, we were able to reach a tentative agreement in our last session on August 14 with the employer.

There will be copies of the contract and wage scales available to read at the vote. Our union Bargaining Team will be available to explain the tentative agreement and answer any questions.

Voting can only happen in-person. We are doing our best to accommodate as many people as possible by offering multiple locations and long voting windows.

Contract Votes:

Tuesday, September 1 from 3pm to 7pm at the UFCW 3000 Des Moines Office: Dave Schmitz Hall (Downstairs), 23040 Pacific Hwy S, Ste 101, Des Moines, WA 98198

Wednesday, September 2 from 3pm to 6:30pm at the People’s Community Center: Spruce Room, 1602 MLK Jr Way, Tacoma, WA 98495

Our Bargaining Team is reccomending a YES vote!
