Providence Sacred Heart Service & Maintenance Tentative Agreement Reached!
/Our Bargaining Team has reached a tentative agreement on a new contract and recommends a yes vote!
Providence made unexpected progress toward our goals by removing specific takeaways on insurance and benefits from their proposals. We were able to get increases to weekend premiums, lead pay, and shift differentials. Providence made progress towards our goals of cost-of-living increases and market adjustments. As of Monday night, we have reached a tentative agreement with management and are working to clean up the contract before ratification. We appreciate your continued support for our hard-working team.
