Skagit Regional Health Bargaining Update
/Our bargaining committee met the employer committee for the first time on August 29. The parties exchange non-economic proposals. Our team introduced the first set of non-economic proposals that seek to improve the working conditions at Skagit Regional Health. Further bargaining dates are scheduled for 9/12 and 10/1. Our union bargaining committee, comprising 13 of our coworkers from various departments, is united in its goals and is prepared to make this negotiation a success, setting the tone for all future contract years. Today, more than ever, your participation is crucial to guarantee that we end with the contract that you and your family deserve. If you don't have your UFCW 3000 "badge buddy" yet ask one of our bargaining committee members or the Union Representative for it.
Please reach out to your representative, Marilyn Faber, at 1-866-210-3000, EXT. 4678, with any questions or concerns.
