LabCorp It's Time to Escalate the Fight

We will be returning to the bargaining table on 10/20, 10/28, 11/17, and 11/18. Labcorp is an extremely profitable and strongly anti-union company and we know they need to pay our members what they are worth. Labcorp has said they want a quick bargain, but we know that at this rate it will be many months until we have a deal. Due to very slow progress at the bargaining table, we are escalating our workplace actions.
Contract Action Team Meetings
Please join us in person at the UFCW 3000 Des Moines office for Contract Action Team meetings on the following dates. We will be meeting in person at the union office, but for those who cannot join in person there will be an online option. During these meetings, will be sharing updates as well as creating picket signs for an upcoming info picket.

Informational Picket: Thursday, October 29 from 8-10am!
After the Contract Action Team meetings, we will be doing an Info Picket in front of Swedish Cherry Hill on 10/29 from 8 am – 10 am. Please plan to attend (either on a day off or come by on your break) and recruit your coworkers as well.
