After months of difficult negotiations and a powerful show of solidarity, we have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract! Thanks to our collective strength, we secured significant improvements, including:
Wages competitive with MultiCare Tacoma General,
NEW open call shift incentive at the same rates as RNs,
Improved employer funding for our healthcare, and much more!
Our Bargaining Team is working to finalize the contract vote documents outlining all the improvements and changes to our agreement. We look forward to sharing these details with you and seeing everyone at the vote!

6am—9am, 12pm—2pm, 4pm—8pm
