Puzzle Break First Bargaining Date Set!
/Our member-led Bargaining Team met with representative from Puzzle Break to lay the foundation for the negotiations of our first union contract. We discussed guidelines around how proposals will be passed, Bargaining Team availability and our desire to have consistent and timely bargaining dates moving forward.
The employer agreed that these negotiations should be conducted with respect but we let them know that we are workers that will take action if necessary. Finally, we solidified a date to meet for joint session for the first time. We will be at the table on November 10, 2026.
Our Bargaining Team will be meeting on October 22 to discuss and review our initial proposals as well as plan a member wide meeting that will take place prior to our November 10 bargaining date.
