First and Goal Bargaining Update

On Thursday, May 21, our member-led Bargaining Team met with the Employer for our second bargaining where we presented our economic proposals. These included:

• Wages that are competitive and put us in line with other stadium workers

• Vacation pay

• Retention bonus incentives

• Keyholder and night shift premiums

• And much more…

We also had productive conversations about how the upcoming World Cup will impact our workers and got insight on our first proposal that will inform us as we work towards getting a first contract. Our next steps are to secure additional dates and hold member meetings to get feedback straight from the workers and answer any questions you may have.
