PCC Sign Your Strike Pledge!

Our member-led Bargaining Team returned to the table on May 26 with a mediator, which PCC requested, and we still have NO DEAL!

“The Employer says they won’t offer backpay unless our demands are reasonable. There is nothing reasonable about asking your staff to lowball their own worth.” — Connor Burk, Central District PCC

Though we reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on Labor Management Committees that would increase our voice on the job, we need to keep fighting for:

  • Strong wage increases that include the backpay we’re owed

  • Wage parity for Helper Clerks

  • Improved employee discounts

  • Language to protect our immigrant coworkers and customers
