Dream Clinic No One’s Voice Gets Silenced
/Licensed Acupuncturist & Massage Therapists Unite
On April 29, our Union Bargaining Team met with the Employer who read a letter stating the history and financials of Dreamclinic. After receiving this information our team was unable to respond to the Employer's economic proposal. We have requested additional information to obtain a better understanding and to be able to give our best economic response.
Our team continues to ask for full day in-person bargaining sessions, and we feel unheard when the Employer offers partial single days. Our team was disheartened when the Employer canceled our first back-to-back bargaining session for April 28.
Our team continues the fight for better working conditions and secure contract language for seniority, a grievance process, wage scale with increases, preserve our four-day work week, and so much more. We believe the employer has committed unfair labor practices. If you know of any or would like to know more about unfair labor practices, reach out to your Union Rep.
Our next bargaining session is scheduled for May 20. We are hopeful the Employer will respond to our request for information before this session.
