Our Bargaining Team harnessed the power of thousands of grocery workers to bargain and win a fair contract. All that organizing helped win:

  • Night manager premium for all hours worked

  • Strong Journey wage increases

  • Health care plan with no benefits cuts

  • Improvement to vacation accruals

Now it is our turn to vote! Our union member-led Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement and recommends a YES vote to accept the Employer’s proposal.

These votes are open to all active members of UFCW 3000 at Prairie Center Market Coupeville. Members in good standing are eligible to vote.

Our Bargaining Team will present the tentative agreement received from the Employer at the vote meeting. Members will have the opportunity to discuss the terms and implications of the fully recommended settlement offer before voting.
