Providence Centralia Hospital Radiant Care Bargaining Update

Our Bargaining Team met with the Employer on May 27 to officially kick off negotiations. During this session, we presented the Employer with a full package of both non-economic and economic proposals.

We made progress on several non-economic issues and had productive discussions in those areas. However, we do not feel the Employer fully heard us regarding our economic proposals — especially the critical issues of retention and recruitment.

We have important work ahead as we prepare for our next bargaining session on June 4. Now more than ever, it’s important that we show the Employer how united we are.
