In the late hours of Friday, May 29, our Mason General RN bargaining team reached a final tentative agreement on our new union contract!
We encourage all nurses to attend one of the vote sessions below to read through the new Agreement, which includes wins such as:
Increases to premiums & differentials
Memorandum of Understanding outlining the SANE Nurse program
Minimum hourly pay guarantees for covering Staffing Needs shifts
Market-leading wages!
Contract Vote Scheduled: Monday, June 15

7:30AM – 9:30AM / 11:30AM – 1:30PM / 5:30PM – 7:30PM
All MGH RNs are encouraged to turn out (in-person only)- please be advised that only members in good-standing are eligible to vote, but membership applications will be available at the vote for those who have not yet filled one out!
