Our Bargaining Team met with the Employer on June 15 for another half-day bargaining session as we continue working toward a strong first contract. Our team is feeling unheard and disrespected regarding the conversation we have engaged in with our proposals and Employer.

As bargaining progresses, it is critical that we demonstrate our unity and show Dreamclinic that the bargaining team is accurately representing the priorities of our entire bargaining unit. One of the most powerful ways to do that is by signing our Solidarity Pledge.

We feel a strong first contract will help recruit and retain skilled employees, ensure accurate reporting and compensation for all hours worked, improve the experience we provide to our clients, and position Dreamclinic as a leader in delivering high-quality care to our communities.
