Progress in Our Second Bargaining Session

On July 27, we held our second bargaining session with the Employer. We’re pleased to share that management arrived with its first counterproposal to our initial proposals. After a long and productive caucus, we made substantial progress toward our first tentative agreements.

We’re optimistic and excited to continue collaborating toward a contract that benefits both our members and Broadcast. We concluded Day 2 with clear next steps for the proposals on the table.

Our next date for bargaining is Thursday, August 13, and the details for our next member meeting will be finalized shortly. We’re proud of our preparation and look forward to more positive dialogue.
