Olympic Medical Center Service Contract Vote Scheduled

Our Union Bargaining Team has reached a Tentative Agreement with Olympic Medical Center and is recommending a YES vote!

After standing together at the bargaining table, OMC Service members have secured important improvements in this Tentative Agreement.

Tentative Agreement Highlights

  • 10.25% wage increases over the life of the contract

  • Ratification bonus

  • Stronger seniority language

  • Health care secured

Members will have the opportunity to review the full agreement and contract summary before voting.
All OMC Service bargaining-unit members in good standing are eligible to vote.

Contract Vote Scheduled: Wednesday, October 14

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
    OMCC Conference Room: Located at the Cancer Center, 844 North 5th Avenue, Sequim, WA

  • 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    McCarter Conference Room: Located near the cash registers at Season's Cafe in the hospital

  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
    PFS Conference Room: Located at Patient Financial Services, 519 South Peabody Street, Port Angeles, WA

  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Wendel Conference Room: Located in the basement of the hospital
