After more than five months since our contract’s original expiration date, CommonSpirit still has not offered us a fair contract.

Their latest proposal erased progress made through mediation, failed to bring wages where they need to be competitive, and left important issues, including Family Birth Center safety, unresolved. On top of that, we believe management has committed Unfair Labor Practices that have interfered with the bargaining process.

NOW IT’S TIME TO VOTE.

VOTE “YES” TO AUTHORIZE A STRIKE.
