Evergreen Monroe and UFCW 21 recognize the need to increase wages.

After careful review of the job market, we are scheduling a vote to ratify proposed contract wage increases for all job classifications. This vote will also include a new job classification, Pharmacy Coordinator.

All Union members will have a chance to review the recommended offer and ask questions prior to voting. All UFCW21 members in good standing are eligible to attend the vote. If you are new to the Union or have not joined—we hope to see you there to complete your application, learn about your contract, and vote on wage increases.
