Bargaining Begins Soon!
Preparations continue for our upcoming bargaining with Planned Parenthood! Legal counsel for Planned Parenthood requested initial dates in May, but didn’t include the information we need to prepare proposals or address that our schedules are already set through May. Expect bargaining to begin in early June! Our surveys, conversations, and contract audit have revealed numerous ongoing issues and helped us identify the shared priorities we want to address, including:
safer staffing
competitive wages & differentials
secure scheduling & hours
pay equity & transparency
changing duties & responsibilities
workplace safety & security
Together, we’ll fight for a fair contract that allows us to keep providing the vital, life-saving services our patients and communities depend on.
