MultiCare Covington Hospital RN, Service & Tech Bargaining Update

After another full day of bargaining, the employer has failed yet again to provide comprehensive responses that we can meaningfully respond to. We feel the employer is continuing to frustrate the bargaining process with the lack of responses in a timely manner and lack of respect for our time. We’re tired of waiting and waiting…and waiting. It’s time for us to stand up and show the employer that we are united for our need for a fair contract! Please seek out a bargaining team member or your representative for more information and to prepare for some workplace actions.

We will be back at the table with the employer on January 21. We have asked the employer to provide a comprehensive response to our proposals at the beginning of our next session.
