Seattle Children’s Respiratory Therapists Career Ladder Vote Scheduled

After months of bargaining, we are happy to announce that a vote on the RT Career Ladder has been scheduled. The full agreement will be available at the vote.

Highlights of the agreement include:

• Creation of two new job classifications RT II Generalist and RT III Generalist with the posting of the following:

  • 2 RT II Generalist roles posted no later than 4/30/26

  • 2 RT II Generalist roles posted no later than 5/21/26

  • 2 RT III Generalist roles (one day, one night) posted no later than 6/18/26

• Quarterly meetings with Management to talk about progress of new positions and other matters directly important to RT’s after every Labor Management Committee meeting
