Super 1-Ellensburg (Grocery) - Tentative Agreement Reached! Time to Vote

After months of bargaining with Rosauers for a new contract in Spokane, we won the ability for you to join your new Union family at UFCW 3000. Your new Union contract includes several workplace protections, as well as increased wages, sick leave, bereavement leave, and vacation!
In addition to these gains, we won other improvements for Ellensburg grocery workers, including:
A contract based on the Rosauers Spokane Grocery labor agreement
A wage scale that includes escalators for all steps on the grocery wage scale
A pension plan fully funded by your Employer at a 2.8% contribution rate to help you retire with dignity
An effective date of May 31, 2026
Health and Welfare coverage starting August 1, 2026
Pension contributions starting January 1, 2027
We will present the Tentative Agreement at this vote meeting. Members will have the opportunity to discuss the terms and implications of the fully recommended settlement offer before voting on it.
We will also be able to help you fill out your new health care application and Union application at this time.
