First and Goal Bargaining Update

Our member-led Bargaining Team met with representatives from First and Goal on Wednesday, July 22, to continue negotiations for our first union contract.

At our previous session, we presented the employer with our comprehensive economic and non-economic proposals. During Wednesday's meeting, we received extensive verbal feedback that provided valuable insight into the employer's positions and helped clarify the path toward reaching a fair agreement. We requested that the employer provide its proposals in writing so we can thoroughly review them, prepare our responses, and be ready for our next bargaining session on July 31.

While there is still work ahead, both sides left the table expressing a shared commitment to reaching an agreement that delivers a fair first contract for our members. We remain focused on securing the wages, benefits, and workplace protections our members deserve and will continue to keep everyone updated as bargaining progresses. Workers lead the way!
