Broadcast Coffee Our First Tentative Agreements

On August 13 we held our third bargaining session with management and were able to carry our forward momentum into our first tentative agreements! We finished the day with tentative agreements on the following articles: Union Access, Safety & Equal Protection, Discipline & Discharge, Grievance Procedure, General Provisions, Labor Management Committee, and Separability & Savings. While this is a massive step forward, we still have work to do, particularly around the topic of seniority.
