Our OMC Service Bargaining Team came to the table on August 12 focused, prepared, and ready to push for meaningful change.

Throughout the day, our team continued to move bargaining forward and stayed focused on the priorities that matter most to OMC Service members. Unfortunately, management came to the table with a number of takeaways that would move us in the wrong direction.

Our team made it clear that we are not at the table to go backwards. We are fighting to improve the contract, protect what members have already earned, and make real improvements for OMC Service workers.

There is still work ahead of us, but our team remains united, focused, and ready to keep pushing for a fair contract that recognizes the work OMC Service members do.
