On Tuesday, September 1, UFCW 3000 Service & Dietary members at St. Michael Medical Center voted UNANIMOUSLY to ratify our new three-year collective bargaining agreement!
This agreement includes a historic change to our benefits package, with members moving to the Union Sound Health & Wellness Trust (SH&WT) for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance effective January 1, 2027.
Open enrollment information will soon be mailed to members. We are still working through the exact open enrollment timeline and will share additional information as soon as it is available.
Furthermore, as part of the new agreement, members will receive the following within two pay periods:
4.00% wage increase; and
$400 ratification bonus (pro-rated by FTE).
