Children’s Therapy Center Contract Ratified!

On Wednesday, September 2, UFCW 3000 Children’s Therapy Center members voted with an OVERWHELMING MAJORITY to ratify our new two year collective bargaining agreement.
 
This agreement includes:

  • A Wage Scale

  • Increased PTO

  • Maximum Caseloads

  • Inclement Weather Policies

  • Just Cause

  • A Grievance Procedure

  • and a lot more!

Within 30 days of ratification, members should receive an experience audit form, where they can provide their experience to management in order to be placed on the wage scale. Members will have 30 days to return this form and management will review and place people on the wage scale with a 1:1 ratio for previous experience. If you do not agree with management’s evaluation, you can request a meeting (within 30 days of placement on the wage scale) with management and your union representative to have a discussion. Everything else in the contract will go into effect immediately. Everything else in the contract will go into effect immediately.
