NWA stands for No Wiggle Again on a wage increase in Management’s counter proposal on October 27.

Now We Are entering Influenza season during a pandemic and our prescription for a COVID-19 Letter of Understanding (LOU) has yet to be filled or considered urgent. Protecting Pandemic Employment is our PPE and a remedy is long over due. The protections we have proposed are on the front line of our negotiations.
