After historic votes in Western and Eastern WA grocery contracts. We have been able to define and limit the scope of work permitted by Third-Party Franchise in the produce department.

  • Cut Produce program for a term of five years.

  • Fred Meyer shall provide the Union with data to evaluate the reduction of hours, within the produce department.

  • Premium/ Manager Pay

We will present the tentative agreement received from the Employer at the vote meeting. Members will have the opportunity to discuss the terms and implications of the fully recommended settlement offer before voting on it. Members in good standing are encouraged to vote.
