Harbor Regional Health Raising wages is our top priority

Raising wages to be competitive with other hospitals remains our top priority. 

We have reached several tentative agreements with the hospital and have just a few open issues that we are trying to resolve. 

At our last bargaining session, the hospital requested and we agreed to engage the services of a mediator. This means that a mediator from PERC (Public Employment Relations Commission) will be joining us for upcoming bargaining sessions to try and help both sides come to agreement on outstanding issues.

We are scheduled for mediation October 15 and 23.
