Our bargaining team met with the employer on July 28 and 29 to start the process of building our first contract. We voiced our concerns on several issues and gave them some of our proposals. There is a lot of work to do, and we have several bargaining sessions planned soon. We need to stand together more now than ever and show our unity and solidarity!
