Tentative Agreement Reached!

Our Union Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with Management this week for a successor contract. The proposed agreement contains many improvements including:

  • Significant wage increases for all employees with guaranteed raises each year of the contract

  • Successorship language to protect workers in the event the company is ever sold

  • Expanded bereavement leave benefits

  • Improved retirement benefits

Online Contract Vote Scheduled!

A vote to ratify the proposed contract will be held online on Wednesday, February 4 from 6am to 6pm. UFCW 3000 members will receive an email to their personal email with a ballot and the full text of the agreement. Our Bargaining Team is recommending a YES vote.
