Our union bargaining team is excited to announce that we’ve reached a tentative agreement with Theorem. We unanimously recommend a YES vote!
Highlights of our first contract include:
Guaranteed, competitive wage increases and a 5-step scale
More secure scheduling and hours
Expanded holiday, vacation, and leave benefits
Just cause protections and non-discrimination commitments
Establishing a 401k option for retirement
Unsafe commuting and immigration enforcement procedures
Worker safety committee and labor-management committee
Limitations on surveillance and staff uniforms
Union stewards and representation provisions
Contract Vote Scheduled: Thursday, April 16 from 3pm to 7pm
Our contract ratification vote will be on Thursday, April 16 in-person at the store from 3pm to 7pm. You do not need to be scheduled that day to come in and vote. The election results will be tallied right after the voting window closes.
Full copies of the tentative agreement and a highlights summary will be available for everyone during the vote.
