Our Bargaining Team is excited to have reached a tentative agreement. Priorities included achieving market competitive wage increases, addressing the increase in variable shifts, and more:
Across the Board Wage Increases every 6 months
Path to minimize variable shifts
Robust Market Adjustment in over 100 different classifications
Successfully integrated Spiritual Counselors and Hospice Aids to the CBA
A contractual commitment on moving into a improved OT system
Ratification bonus
And much more

Skagit Regional Health Hospital (San Juan Conference Room): 6 - 9am, 10:30am – 2pm, 4 – 8pm
Riverbend Clinic (2nd Floor Conference Room): 11:30am – 2:00pm
Camano Island: 10– 11am
Stanwood (Conference Room): 11:30am – 12:30pm
Smokey Point (Conference Room): 7 – 8:30am, 11:30am – 1pm
Granite Falls: 10 – 11am
Business Center (Conference Room 171): 10am – 2pm
Arlington Women’s Health (break room): 7:30 -8:30am, 11:30 – 1pm
