On Thursday, we agreed to the terms for your first Collective Bargaining Agreement. Your committee fought a persistent Employer, and we were able to put together a contract that will include some of the following:

  • Structural Wage Increases

  • Scheduling Language

  • Preservation of current benefits

  • Premiums

  • Non-economic items that will provide additional protections

  • And more.
