Olympic Medical Home Health Tentative Agreement Reached!

Our Union Bargaining Team: Tilly Richards, Danielle Green, Justin Parks, Allan Crawford.

Our Bargaining Team has reached a tentative agreement on a new three year contract and recommends a yes vote!

We are excited to announce that the new agreement includes:

  • 10% Wage Increases over three years

  • Bonuses in both 2026 and 2027

  • Weekend Differential increased to $4.50 per hour

  • On-Call Pay increased to $85 per night

Contract Votes Scheduled:

Thursday, September 10 from 9am to 11am

  • Port Angeles: 801 Front Street Suite D, Port Angeles WA, in the Conference Room

  • Sequim: 777 N. 5th Avenue, Suite 102, Sequim WA, in the Conference Room
