MultiCare Fair Process Video
/Our ability to have a fair contract that protects us and our patients is connected to having a fair process to join and stay in our union. Hear from two MultiCare workers (Heidi from Allenmore and Fran from Gig Harbor) talk about what having a union would mean to them. There are also some great quotes from Pam Milan (Covington) and Jose Moreno (Allenmore) about why this is so important for current members. Check out the newly released YouTube video:
Providence Everett Nurses Informational Picket

- I'll be there!
RN Informational Picket
As Health Care Professionals at Providence Everett Medical Center, we are the front-line to our community as healers and caregivers. We implore Management to come to the bargaining table and settle a fair contract that guarantees protections for the front-line caregivers who work every day and every night to heal our community around the clock, without fail.
Join the nurses of Providence Everett Medical Center on Tuesday, March 17 for an informational picked outside the Pacific and Colby campuses. Everyone is welcome to come and show their support for our community and our nurses.
As the region’s only LEVEL II trauma center — it is imperative that our employer be proactive, not just reactive, in the care we provide to this community.
We insist on appropriate training to be a good neighbor in our community. We demand fair language that allows Health Care Professionals a real voice in the care that we provide. We want to be able to recommend our hospital to our Community, our Families and our Friends. We can only do this is if we have a real voice in Patient Care, Safety and Appropriate Staffing.
