After two months of bargaining, and significant work to beat back management’s proposed takeaways, our member lead bargaining team is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement for a new three-year contract.

We spent a lot of time going back and forth to get to where we wanted to be. After a long final week of a negotiations, we achieved what we were looking for. It took us some time to flesh out the small details at the end, but now we are excited to present a contract with significant wage increases that still protects and improves our healthcare, pension, and other benefits.
