Join our first Contract Action Team Meeting!

Our Union Bargaining Team has been meeting and preparing contract proposals to be ready when Providence provides bargaining dates. Our team is pushing Providence to begin negotiations in February 2026. We are starting biweekly Contract Action Team (CAT) Meetings beginning Tuesday, February 3 at 8:00pm. This first meeting will be by zoom, with the goal of having meetings that rotate between being on zoom and in person. Contract Action Tem meetings are a space to have deeper conversation as nurses about what are the goals for this contract negotiation, educate ourselves, make action plans to get our coworkers and the community involved, and take communication back to our nursing units.

Please join us via zoom for this first meeting- and pass the word to any nurses on your unit that you think should be involved in organizing together for a strong contract.
