Our union Bargaining Team is recommending a YES vote.

Last week, late Wednesday/early Thursday, we agreed to the terms for a new collective bargaining agreement with management. Our union Bargaining Team fought a persistent employer and we were able to put together a package that includes:

  • More frequent hourly rate increases

  • Market adjustment for all classifications

  • Ratification Bonuses

  • Maintains current benefits

  • Non-economic items that will provide additional protections

  • And more

Contract Vote Scheduled: Tuesday, September 8, from 6:30am to 8:30am at Providence St Joseph Hospital (Room TBD)
