Our Bargaining Team has reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract and recommends a yes vote! The new agreement includes:

  • 2026 market increases with additional wage increases in 2027 and 2028

  • Increased shift differentials

  • New PTO cashout language

  • Additional certifications added to the list of qualifying certifications
