PRMCE Professionals Care Management Memorandum of Understanding Tentative Agreement Reached Vote Scheduled!

Following months of negotiations between Providence and your union bargaining team, a tentative agreement has been reached regarding the updates to required credentialing/licensure for Social Workers within the Care Management department.
The negotiated Memorandum of Understanding outlines the changes in credentialing requirements (as directed by the Employer) for each job classification within the Care Management department, as well as timelines for enrollment, participation, and completion of respective licensure/credentialing courses, along with relevant accommodations for incumbent social workers pursuing respective continuing education.
Drop-In Review Meeting
We encourage all social workers within PRMCE to attend the virtual drop-in meeting we’ve scheduled for Monday, December 15 from 6:00PM to 7:00PM to ask questions & discuss the Agreement with our bargaining team & union contract negotiator.
